Christina Sampson, LMT

Bio

Two decades of intuitive, heart-centered bodywork.

A Lifetime in the Healing Arts

I’ve been a massage therapist since 2006, and I’ve spent more than twenty years consistently working on my own body. That personal dedication gives me a deep understanding of what it means to live in a body that needs care, maintenance, and relief. I’m deeply connected to the healing arts and metaphysics. My personality is inclusive, compassionate, and understanding — I meet every client exactly where they are.

My Lineage & Training

  • Apprenticeship with a real-life hippie in Vermont
  • Nursing A&P studies at CCV
  • Hawaiian Islands School of Massage — one of the top seven schools worldwide at the time
  • Hawaiian Lomi Lomi lineage (“Love me, Love me”)
  • Lynn Wind Method

What You Can Expect

A session with me is:

  • Grounded
  • Heart-centered
  • Therapeutic
  • Intuitive
  • Inclusive
  • Deeply healing

My Signature Style

My signature style is a fusion of:

  • My original Vermont apprenticeship
  • The Lynn Wind Method
  • Traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi
  • Therapeutic myofascial work refined over decades — especially the neck

The result is intuitive, structured, flowing, and profoundly effective.

Client-First Care

Your needs always come first. Your comfort, your goals, and your healing guide every moment of your session. If anything feels off or if an area needs more attention, I encourage you to speak up — your voice matters. My purpose is simple: to share my hands with those who need them.
